Highly recommended! We worked with Barbara Goodman to purchase our new 2020 UX hybrid. We test-drove different brands and models and Barbara was great to go through all the features and help us decide which Lexus best fit our needs. By far the smoothest and most friendly sales process yet.
I will absolutely never shop at this Lexus again! Extremely disappointed! We called and talked with a sales associate, asking about a particular vehicle, he said he would put a hold on it and to come down anytime, we showed up within the hour and we were told it was sold! This is the second time this has happened to us only from this Lexus dealership!
Great Experience at Lexus of Watertown purchasing a new Lexus ES 350 from Ujwal Pradhananga ( Ussa ). Going above and beyond answering all my questions, staying past close (twice) and working for me to be the best price vs 4 other Lexus Dealers. The building is immaculate and the offered a very fare price on a new 2020 gx 460. Ussa our salesman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
Several years ago, we bought a pre-owned Lexus from Watertown which was a very easy transaction. 3 years ago we leased a Lexus from a different dealership because they were closer to where we lived and found the transaction and working with them much more difficult. Now that the lease was up, we decided to go back to Watertown, met Leon Barnes and found working with him comfortable and pleasant. Leon was tenacious in making sure everything went right.
