Ussa from the Lexus Watertown was one of the nicest sales man I have ever had! He was very polite smart and accommodating. I have always been going to Lexus of Danvers for years but since meeting Ussa I will always come back to Lexus of Watertown. Very cool experience with Sales man USSA (Ujwal Pradandha) . he gave us a great price with no hassle and cool demo of the car with all instructions to drive off. he took care of paper work in a day and deal was done in 2 hours with the great price negotiated. he wont disappoint you.
Employees were kind and respectful. It was awesome to see where if one person did not have the answers they were able to point me to someone who could. It was cool to be able to join my staff meetings on Zoom in one of the smaller rooms in the lounge with refreshments. Last but not least it was great to able to get a nice manicure before my car was done.
