I had two different appointments with Martin Briceno to test drive both new and pre-owned Lexus ES 350’s. Being old and resistant to change, I had many questions and needed to take extended drives in both cars. Martin was knowledgeable, accommodating and more than extremely patient. I will go as far as to say that at age 75, I have bought 16+ automobiles. I would describe Martin as the single best sales person with whom I have ever worked. I highly recommend him for your next automobile lease/purchase.
Fantastic experience at Lexus of Watertown - this is the 2nd vehicle we purchased there, and both times the buying experience was actually enjoyable. This time we worked with Bob Peixinho who was knowledgeable, patient and just a really nice guy. Lexus of Watertown treats the customers with respect; way superior than the other local Lexus dealerships.
Originally we were looking for a used Lexus and working in that department. I did not have a good experience with the sales team there and was very upset.I had received an email from the new car sales manager Jessica Sudeall and decided to work with her.She directed me to Ussa Pradhananga. Both of them were fantastic and made up for my initial awful experience. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I hate buying/leasing cars. But "Ussa" the salesman at Lexus Watertown was so so easy and nice I came to think that he was in the wrong job: never met a car salesman like him. But he's from Nepal, so maybe that explains it. We were in a rush every time we met him, but he was patient. No pressure, all calm, all info, and with grace! He's the exception to the rule! If you walk into the place INSIST on meeting with Ussa.
Leon Barnes was easy to work with, listened to my needs, and helped guide me in making my decision. He has a great working knowledge of the different vehicles I test drove, and he made it very easy to trade in my vehicle at really great price and terms. I’m happy to recommend Leon!
We just bought a new car at Lexus of Watertown and had a great experience with all of the personnel at the Dealership! Our Salesman, Ujwal, went out of his way to not only make us feel welcome and comfortable with beverages and snacks for the kids, but his patience and knowledge during the test drive and the subsequent delivery of the new vehicle were tremendous.
