I had an excellent experience taking my car in for service and detailing. Luis was really clear and fast, got me in and out in ten minutes. I got an email of what was needed, which I liked, because if anything seemed too expensive I could always call my local mechanic and ask whether I should proceed on the repair. I also got at least five calls from Luis trying to reach me while I was working, so I disagree with another post saying that the service people don't call. Convenient access to service and free car washes was a selling point. They never offer a loaner car or ride to public transit and they are so rude and inefficient that I would rather pay $20 for a car wash than deal with them. Latest feature is that the service people don’t call to talk to you anymore. They send a report through email to make the experience more disjointed. Pricing is ridiculous. They are asking over $700 for a $40 part that is as easy to replace as a pair of windshield wipers.
I purchased my last 3 vehicles at Lexus of Watertown, a great place with excellent customer service. My recent purchase was with Bob Peixinho who was very pleasant to work with, no pressure and very knowledgeable about my Lexus RX-450H!!!!
Service is fast, accurate and efficient.
