RecommendedI just picked up my new 2020 Lexus RX350 and I love it!! I was so fortunate my salesperson was Ujwal “USSA” Pradhananga, he was exceptional!! He was thoughtful, informative and always immediately available when I called him or when I arrived at the showroom for an appointment. When I picked up my car today he spent an hour going over everything until I was comfortable. Great car, exceptional salesman, very happy customer!!
I was really impressed with this location and it's service and sales process, especially in the context of the current COVID pandemic. They took their time and listened to what I was looking for. Also, made it pretty easy, safe and comfortable to test drive some cars. Mark and Will helped me out and really showed what sets this dealership apart from others with that "white-glove" experience

Lexus of Watertown met and exceeded expectations. I bought my first car over the weekend and the process was much less stressful than I thought it would be. Many businesses will be judged for how well they adapted to the coronavirus, and this dealership was prepared for it. Gloves and hand sanitizer were provided - along with the generous complimentary drinks (bottled water, sodas, etc.) that are available during "normal" times. I had the best experience buying a car at Lexus of Watertown. Ussa is hands down the best salesman that i have dealt with so far, knowledgeable and very prompt.
As of yesterday, I purchased my 4th new Lexus from Lexus of Watertown. I know I am always going to get both a fair trade and a fair price. I no longer waste my time shopping around, or comparing to other Dealers. My car buying experiences at LoW are always a pleasant experience. I also, don’t trust anyone else to service my Lexus. LoW is in my opinion, simply the best. Why bother going anywhere else?
Don't buy a used car if its not a Lexus. Used car Manager don't car if you have a problem with it even under warranty, However, the service was good.
