I was on the market for our new luxury vehicle. I did check out all applicable competition, Acura, Merc, Jag, etc, and decided to buy Lexus. What a terrible establishment. They post something for sale online, and when you drive over an hour to go and view the vehicle after days of being posted online they say the vehicle not available. Can’t test drive, but I can walk around the vehicle and write it up with out driving it. No thanks. Then when I try and tell them of my long drive all they can respond with is, “well you could have called” .. true, and you could have sold a car ..

Bought a certified Lexus RX350 last June. Even though the Lexus could sell itself, we had a wonderful sales rep - Mirza. He was low-pressure, low key, but very knowledgeable about the car, making our buying experience pleasurable. We would definitely recommend Lexus of Seattle and Mirza to anyone buying a Lexus.
