We purchased our last two vehicles from Wayne and both experiences were wonderful. He was helpful, no pressure, and seemed just as happy with our new vehicles as we were! Roger was a phenomenal person. He was very patient and understanding. He never did once push us towards buying, nor, made us feel pressured to buy. I called in for them to confirm whether or not they have a replacement for my Lexus before I drive an hour up to Lynwood to order and pay. The 'man' I was on the phone with was incredibly rude, as soon as I gave him the vin number to look up the model, I told me he already talked with somebody else yesterday about it and " I'M NOT GOING TO DO IT AGAIN", told me to ask whoever called in to tell me the price.
