Dropped my 2005 RX330 for service. The service was great, the car was cleaned inside and outside, Mark was professional and friendly and the most important for me are no pressure for the amount of service required and the time I spent in the shop. Overall a pleasant stayed in the shop.

Walked into the dealer, ready to buy, and no one acknowledged my presence for half an hour although there were three sales reps standing around. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Was it my age? The way I was dressed? I'm appalled at the discrimination.
Heard from two mutual friends who this dealer is awful. Don't waste your time and money! Go to Seaview Chev - they took GREAT care of me!
We live in Issaquah and make the drive because this dealership has the best service department we have ever worked with. They are friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, trustworthy. We highly recommend the team at Lexus of Seattle and our awesome Service Advisor Kevin Murphy!
