Last time I went they charged for a service that I did not request. The charge, however, was subsequently corrected.
He was a vey kind and informative on the cars I've asked him. I'd visit him soon...only issue was a little bit further away form my home.

I already test drove a 2012 Avalon and thought it would be similar. Price was right low mileage auto was in descent condition but was too far to check it out personally.
Very honest didn't hassle me to buy so quickly.
