I like the prompt courteous service. They usually have a loaner car for me, and are completed when they say they will be. I also like the video text's that they send directly to you from the service technician. Very professional.

I am shocked that you are not requiring people in the waiting room to comply with CDC guidelines. I am shocked that all the furniture is not six feet apart. I’ve been here two hours, I’ve not seen one person come through the waiting room to clean it. I’ve seen no one clean the restroom while I’ve been here.

Buyer beware. These people are dishonest cowards. Any man (Steve Oh) who knowingly sells a supposedly L-Certified car to a man who he saw with a 8 month pregnant girlfriend and 3 kids that has a major safety recall on it is untrustworthy man and dealership . He told to my face their was no recalls. On top of that they said they did a bunch of work. Replaced brakes but they squeak like hell, new windshield wipers but they’re rain-x and Lexus has their own windshield wiper, new tires but one is leaky, etc. The list goes on. I ... read more
