The dashboard displayed that the engine should be checked right on the day I need to pick up family from airport. I have no time to wait and make appointment in advance. I just drove to Service center, and asked for help. They accepted my request immediately and done all the check-up and everything in 1.5 hours. Thank you Tim and the crew so much. We just purchased a beautiful sporty Lexus RC 300 from this dealership and had an excellent experience! Christopher Talamantez was our sales executive and along with his manager, Matt Bartkowski, we drove away very satisfied with their service and professionalism. Most of all, we have an awesome coupe that is fun to drive and with cutting edge technology and safety features!
Our Sales person, Roger was very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. We would recommend him as a Sales person to anyone. The Finance Dept. needs work. They said that they would get the best rates and that they work with BECU. When we got home and printed the documents, we noticed that the financing with Lexus Financial was charging 3.99% interest. So we checked with BECU and they were charging 2.49% interest on new cars. That's alot of money. So we refinanced the car immediately and got a wonderful rate through Alaska U... read more
