RecommendedWe took our Lexus GX 460 to get serviced today and the customer service was just as excellent as the experience we had when we purchased our car back in April 2018. Thank you Travis for taking care of us and thank you to Alyssa for making our hot beverages along with the nice conversation while we waited for bit. Though we live in Renton, we will definitely continue to bring our car to Lexus of Seattle.

We were really hoping for a positive purchasing experience with Lexus of Seattle - alas, our expectations were dashed. My wife found a car she liked at this dealership, inspected the car, negotiated the price, and when doing the final paperwork, the dealership found an 'error' on their part, and thought it reasonable for us to cover a $3K price difference versus the agreed upon price. Not reasonable by any stretch of the imagination. Go elsewhere to buy.
