Tonya Plutz was very helpful, and had everything completed in the time she proposed. Great job; very enthusiastic.
Woodfield Lexus IS always a great experience. They really take care of you. My wait is never longer than an hour. If it is they ask if you want a loaner. One time they brought my car to my house when it was finished.
