it's a Lexus the best there no need to talk to much
Madison in Lexus fixed my ongoing issues. They were very considerate and helpful. Nate is great and he should definitely reach out to the GM at Woodfield Lexus and teach him a few things on communication! It would have saved so much time and frustration if they kindly referred me back to Madison instead of just telling me it’s not their problem even after they had touched my car.
Whenever I take my wife's RX in to be serviced I always try to do it when Tonya is there. There is a reason why she has so many "10" awards on her desk, because she cares about her customers and takes care of them.
We had a very pleasant experience this time around on the service of our vehicle. Vic was attentive, thorough and his communication on the timeline of our vehicle's service was excellent. We would highly recommend Woodfield Lexus for service on your vehicle.
They are good people with which to deal
Tammie was wonderful in explaining what was wrong with my car. I am not a fan of going and getting my car fixed to begin with, but they make the effort to help me feel at ease. I especially love the complimentary loaner they provide. My car was in tip top shape and washed and waxed by the following day.
