Had a great experience working with Mike. Not pushy, very comfortable, and he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. Entire process was smooth, showroom is beautiful, snacks, water, coffee, tea. Financial process was great, Caryn explained everything thoroughly. I got help setting up my phone, and many of the features were demoed for me. I never felt like I was getting pushed out the door. Very pleased with the customer service and my new car! I left with a beautiful white IS 300 fsport. Thank you!!
Bought a used car at this dealership last night, long process, but worth it. Salesman Josh was very kind and fun to talk with. The star of the deal was Karen in the finance department! We were her last customers at nearly 10pm. She was incredibly kind and patient! She did not rush through our paperwork and explained everything throughly. Thanks Karen for finishing our experience with this dealership on such a high note!!
