Service has and is the main reason I like Woodfield Lexus. They are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue using their service department.
Always a good experience with the Woodfield Lexus service department. While I was there I decided to buy a new car as soon as the 2019's are available.
I gave 1 star because there's no zero. Dont get your car serviced in this dealership. They changed my brakes on my lexus LS 460 without my consent then charged me over $1000.00. this guy Mandeep is a liar and tried to twist the story. I should have brought my car to a local mechanic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. go somewhere else.

Service department is a pleasure to deal with. As a woman, I don't like taking my car in because they treat me like I don't know anything about cars. However, Lexus personnel treats me with respect and asks the appropriate questions when I bring my car in.
As usual, great service, a courteous staff and a very comfortable waiting room with plenty of space to get done work done while you wait.
