My wife and I had a very good experience at Woodfield Lexus. Eugene Merlin is one of the nicest salesmen I have come across. We don't enjoy car shopping, mostly because of the pushy sales disposition one typically encounters. Eugene was a welcome and refreshing exception to the rule, and made the whole experience painless, enjoyable and efficient. We were happy with all aspects of the trade-in and purchase of our new vehicle. Thanks very much, and I'm glad we stopped in!

What I liked was I received a phone call from woodfield lexus at the 6 month of ownership! I had been an Audi owner of many models over the past 24 years and can't remember ever getting a phone call to schedule a service visit. Service was done in less than 1 hour. Beside over the first 6 month my Lexus has been flawless. I WILL CONTINUE TO BUY Lexus cars based on how the are built to be perfect. THE RIDE IS MUCH NICER THAN ANY AUDI I EVER OWNED. (100CS, TT, A6,A4, A6 AND A Q5)
Always pleased with the care and friendship I have received from Woodfield Lexus since 2004! I believe in dealer maintenance and they have always explained the "needs and wants" to be done. One time I got a shopping cart "donk" in the door, when it was very new. A repair place quoted me $1200 , cause they had to remove the panel, airbags and so on. Mentioned it on an oil change-they popped it out on the visit at no charge!!!!!!!!!! They care as much as I do. With care, very reliable car!!
