Always a great experience! This is my second Lexus from this dealer. Friendly staff, quick and great service.
I always see Gerson when I need service on my RX and he always goes beyond the normal to take care of me. Shakes my hand, opens doors for me, goes over the invoice, he takes care of little things for me just to help me out. Extremely pleased with the service here, they truly know how to treat their customers well.
Woodfield Lexus is great! I've purchased two cars from them and have always taken my cars to them for service. They are so good that I take my wife's Prius there for Oil Changes, etc... My service advisor is Tonya and she's the best.
We couldn't have been treated any better! Everyone we came into contact with was so knowledgeable and hospitable. Eugene Merlin was our sales consultant. He pointed out all the safety features and explained how different features worked. He guided us thru the entire process and was professional at all times. Ask for him and you will be were happy.
