Getting spoiled at the Lexus dealership service dept!!! 🚗I honestly, drove in, NO appt, & said, "my door hinge is clicking & it's still under factory warranty." Not expecting to get service right away.. my intention was to have them order the part, & make an appt. But without hesitation.. They took it in, fixed it in less than 15 minutes, then offered me a free car wash & interior clean, while I waited in the lounge & took advantage of a free latte!!
