RecommendedMichael Rodriquez spent about 30 mins of time answering questions and providing information to me on the phone before I came to test drive the LexusNX and then another hour or more when I came in for test drive. He is the reason I purchased at this location. I never felt pressured to buy. The rest of the team at Hendricks were also great, friendly, informative and making sure I was comfortable during the whole process.
