Have owned one or another Lexus for 18 years, once I found David Therman at Woodfield's Service Department about 15 years ago or so, I have never gone anywhere else! He is honest and doesn't try to push things on me that my car doesn't need!!! I don't put a lot of miles on my SC430 so I only go in twice a year for an oil change! I have had only 1 issue with all 3 Lexus's I have owned in 18 years, besides routine maintenance and that was the horn stopped working on a 12 year old car! My purchase at Woodfield Lexus could not have been better. Just a GREAT, comfortable buying experience and a beautiful showroom. From Sales to Financing, the employees were kind, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism and an overall wonderful experience.
On arriving yesterday morning to get my car washed, i was told by the valet that it would be an hour wait. I was OK with this. The reality was just over 3 hours !!!! Even at Christmas time I feel this is unacceptable and nobody came to explain this. Poor show lexus.
