RecommendedI came in for my car’s first service. Benny helped me. He was quick, knowledgeable, professional and was pleasant.
Attention to detail is no longer a priority. Personnel must have other incentive, because it is not customer support. How can you take your car in for service and they tell you you have to bring it back in a few days. You come back at the appointed time on Wednesday and they tell you they have to take pictures to "ensure" it's covered by their policy. You leave it with them saying it will be ready on Friday. You call to check status on Friday about noon and the representative tells you it will be close to 5:30 or 6:00PM befo... read more
