Service is always excellent! Quality, efficiency and friendliness are words I would use to describe the service experience.
Thought when we bought our Lexus we came across some decent people, and for the most part I did with the exception of the finance guy. We bought a 2013 CT 200h (their hybrid) bought the whole package warranty, lost key, etc. for future customers don't bother with the warranty about dings and scratches on the car because no buffing is covered no scratched of paint bigger than nickel or dents with paint loss are covered.
