I hate buying cars! It is a long involved process and I have little patience for the process. Luckily everything moved along at a good pace in purchasing my new ES. Everyone knew their job and did it efficiently. I was driving out with my new car before I knew it. Overall a very good experience. Thank you, keep up the good work.
Did not try to up sell me . Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Had a bagel in the waiting area work completed in 45 minuets.
