Matt O the consultant forgot to put my Lexus in for the dashboard and door panels recall (assistant) now that the 10 year warranty Expired I can't do nothing. I called corporate and since the consultant did not write anything about the dashboard they can't do anything..

Customer service is horrible. Ed Valle the service department manager is incompetent. Don’t bother calling the GM. He won’t call you back. You buy a Lexus expecting great service. I’ve got better service at the Veterans hospital and people have died while waiting on a list.
Pleased with the service, greeted me with a smile and took excellent care of my LS460..
