RecommendedThey kept me informed about what services my car required & approximately what the costs would be. They also told me about how long it would take, and offered me a loaner if I wanted one. I chose to wait, as I live in Huntley. They kept me updated as I waited. I would recommend Woodfield Lexus to anyone.

I heard great things about this place but my experience was horrible. The lady helping me told me I couldn’t finance without even checking my credit. I wanted a Honda Pilot 2009 and she said it was too old and that no bank would finance. It felt like she didn’t want to sell me anything. I felt discriminated.
