This service department is exceptional! I brought my car in for brake job. Upon arrival, I was met by my service rep Tino. Paperwork was processed quickly. I loved the complimentary loaner and was able to happily pass a couple hours shopping at Woodfield. Tino called when my car was ready to pick up and he said no rush to get back. The bill was exactly as quoted, and I was able to use a holiday discount card I received over Christmas. I appreciated driving off in a clean shiny car with new brakes.
