Beware of the company! I've been using Lexington Law for 6 months and I'm not impressed. They only got some creditors removed from 1 credit bureau 1 time. The other 2 credit bureaus never had anything removed. I expected more for what I was paying. I called to cancel and they said I would still have to pay more money to them for work performed. I am not paying anymore money to them. I paid up front and am cancelling 10 days before I'm suppose to be billed again. Do Not use this company. Try another one that has better review... read more

Very disappointed with the service. Paid for this service for 6 months and the results were slim to none. Started working to correct my credit on my own and had better results. Not sure what they were doing for me. Decided to end the service and it took over a month to have this completed and to add insult the representative I spoke with was extremely nasty with professionalism. I will NEVER use their service or recommend this to anyone.

Business response:

Lexington Law Firm is sorry to learn of Ms. D*****’s dissatisfaction while she was previously a client. Lexington represents its clients to ensure the negative trade lines listed on their credit reports are a fair, accurate, and substantiated portrayal of their credit history in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. terrible business, when I started it was 16 items to fix in my credit report, when I decided to finish business with them few months later, it were the same 16 items, they didn't help at all, even though I had highest, most expensive service plan with them

Tries to charge for nothing! They tried to charge my account for my girlfriends account.

Business response:

Lexington regrets to learn Mr. H***** was dissatisfied. The firm represented him for three months, and he saw several negative trade lines removed from his credit reports. At the time he engaged the firm’s representation, he authorized Lexington to use his payment method for both his case and another client’s case. Cardholders paying for someone else’s case can contact the firm to update or remove their payment information.

Been paying about 130 dollars a month for the full package for Over a year and they have not removed any of the major marks on my report. I get updates about letters sent but never know what they are sending to the bureau and creditors.

I was looking on facebook market place inquiring about houses to rent. Somehow they got my number. I gave the guy the benefit of doubt. He originally called on no name called I'd. I had him call me back from Lexington law firm number. Looked on line as I was talking to him and seemed legitimate. I got my FICO score by giving him my information. I ordered credit report and investigation on 2 negative items. Started thinking about it over night and wanted to cancel. Abraham from the call center said I had 5 days to cancel. Gav... read more

Decided to give this a try even though I knew in the back of my mind that this was most likely a scam. I proceeded to move forward with this product, but in all honesty, I got the items removed from my credit myself without their "assistance". When I called to cancel, I literally waited for 23+minutes before they picked up and since I was currently at work, I asked them to hold on for LESS than 30 sec and this so called client representative hung up. My guess is because I had already told him that I was calling to cancel the... read more

Business response:

Lexington regularly notifies its clients of actions taken on their case and updates to their credit reports. Clients may end the representation at any time. Le... read more

They say they will help repair your credit but all they do is send out letters and get the same responses. My credit is accurate according to the main reports and Lexington Law firm has not done anything to Help my credit but they keep billing. I cancelled the account and they still billed me. They refused to refund the last payment they took out saying the only bill after they do the work. Not true. They are a rip off. Buyer Beware.

Business response:

Lexington Law Firm is sorry to hear of this client’s dissatisfaction regarding her case progress. Lexington communicates with the credit bureaus and its clients’ creditors to investigate the accuracy and fairness of the negative trade lines appearing on their credit reports. Lexington does so at the client’s monthly rate until the client ends the representation. Because Lexington’s services are billed after they are performed, clients can expect a final invoice for services performed prior to the cancellation date. Lexington... read more

This company talked a huge game, saying they would repair my credit score, give me a discount and do it all in a timely manner. They did that in the first month, had a $40 discount(off their $120+ monthly fee) and removed 2 items(both over 8 years old). But the 2nd and 3rd month, nothing. My FICO kept dropping, all I got was "reports sent" and "reports recieved" emails. The 4th month was following along same story until the 25th when I emailed I wanted my account canceled. Didn't hear anything, then on the 29th I finally tal... read more
