I started the program last April of 2019 for a mark on my credit report as of today April 2020 the have stolen $514.45 and didn't do anything for me I called them many times over this issue and they never got anything taken care of. Don't waste your time and money

Business response:

Lexington Law Firm is sorry to hear that this client was dissatisfied with the services provided to him. The firm challenged the negative trade lines appearing on his credit reports with the credit bureaus and provided credit monitoring. Mr. H***** has engaged Lexington several times to assist him with his credit profile, without hearing complaints regarding the work we were doing for him. Lexington fully performed the agreed upon services as stated in the engagement agreement.

They signed me up for the wrong plan over the phone. I had my plan fixed properly then they charged me wrongly. They were very nasty to me and very disrespectful when I questioned my bank charges. They even said they don’t see the charges that they charged me. I believe the Arizona office is racist. Since they are working from home now all customer service skills has went out the window. Even a supervisor told me in regards to my payment “ We are very backed up, I don’t have time”.

I needed this done because I was starting a new business and needed a clean credit report. After months and months of telling me they are on my case. I found out that they were posting fraudulent information to my account. The only removal that was obtained was from TransUnion because they filed the papers shortly after i signed up with them. They tota... read more

Lexington Law offered a first month rate at a discount & that I could cancel any time. Well I cancelled early in the first month, but they informed me I would be charged another month! I don't appreciate the misleading tactics to get the extra month charges out of me.

Business response:

Lexington is a law firm that represents consumers to ensure that the negative trade lines listed on their credit reports are a fair, accurate, and substantiated portrayal of their credit history. Lexington does not bill for its services until after they are performed, and does so every thirty days after the initial payment. Clients may end the representation at any time. Because Lexington’s services are billed after they are performed, clients can expect a final invoice for services performed prior to the cancellation date. ... read more
