They took a document from me in 2018. I thought this document was being used to win my case. Just found out in March of 2020 that this document was never used. Immediately sought to stop payments to this firm.

WARNING!!! I want to warn people of there practices. Do Not Hire Lexington Law Firm!!! They are scammers. They do not even deserve a one star. They are very misleading and liars. I had some 30 and 60 day late's and wanted them removed. And I had a couple of items that should have not been on my credit reports. I explained to them why and had back up proof to prove it. Of course this was not a problem for them to take care of. So it's been over a year and it's still on my credit report. The BS they throw at you is unbelievabl... read more

Business response:

Lexington is a law firm that represents consumers to ensure that the negative trade lines listed on their credit reports are a fair, accurate, and substantiated portrayal of their credit history. The firm offers affordable credit repair representation and assistance from trained paralegals, who work at the direction of licensed attorneys. Clients may also request to discuss their credit repair legal needs with one of these attorneys. The firm performs these services for consumers who want to improve their credit. Lexington ... read more

Lexington Law is a scam! My sister-in-law has short term memory issues and she is struggling financial. She has agreed to make me POA and I am looking into her charges on her accounts. She had no recollection of what Lexington Law was or why it was debiting her account for $129 each month. We called Lexington Law on 1/30/2020 we were both on speaker, talked to a Carly after being on hold for 30 minutes for a person to talk to us. We asked to cancel, she said she would take care of this. (I am hoping, but not sure after readi... read more

DO NOT HIRE!!! Started out with 11 negative marks across all 3 credit bureaus. About a year and a half later, still had 6 negative marks and only 1 (TransUnion) credit bureau report of my credit history is actually accurate. After a YEAR AND A HALF. Called to fire them numerous times, was spun, manipulated, and convinced to give it “one more try”. They obviously realized they weren’t doing anything else about a year in and cut my fee from $120 to $60. Wow. Thanks. Then after about 6 months of that with no further results, I ... read more

Lexington Law continued to charge me after I specifically and explicitly canceled my service with them. Not only did I not see any improvement in my credit score after months of service, Lexington Law also did a shoddy job by repeatedly sending letters meant to be sent creditors to the wrong addresses, causing the letters to be bounced back to me at my home address. When I confronted them about this poor service, they refused to accommodate my needs or remove the charges from my account.

Business response:

Lexington Law Firm regrets to hear of Mr. M********s experience and appreciates the opportunity to respond to his comments. Clients of Lexington may end the representation at any time. Unfortunately, his request was not completed at that time. Accordingly, Lexington will issue a refund to him for any charges that occurred after his request. Lexington notifies its clients when correspondence is sent on their behalf. The email notification directs the client to forward to Lexington any written materials received from creditors... read more

This business is a total scam! DO NOT sign up with these people! In 4 months they removed 1 item and it wasn't worth all the I spent. When you question them, they just give you excuses to keep you paying. Then when you cancel, they continue to keep withdrawing payments. Their paralegals are rude! The only increase in my score was the result of me paying down outstanding debt. Save your money and just pay down the debit you have. This was a waste of my time and money.

Business response:

Lexington Law Firm strives to provide excellence service and regrets to hear of Ms. D********s experience. Lexington’s fees are for the services performed on our clients’ behalf, not the outcome of these efforts. As stated in the engagement agreement, “Lexington cannot guarantee and you are not paying for a particular credit report outcome or result; you are paying only for Lexington’s efforts on your behalf.” Lexington is unable to make any guarantees as to removals or time frames because the creditors and the credit bureau... read more

They use an automated service to drum up business. I was called 7 different times by them today ... on the 7th call I answered and dialed through to speak to a representative. Abraham answered - I asked him to please stop calling. (I was firm). He then proceeded to call me from their 800 number 7 - yes 7, times in a row.

Business response:

Lexington Law is unclear what Mr. P**** means by “automated service”. Lexington only reaches out to consumers who have expressed a previous interest in credit repair. If Mr. P**** was contacted as many times consecutively as he has stated, Lexington would definitely look into the situation and attempt to resolve it.
