This place is a scam and a rip off . I cancelled a week after I joined because I heard bad stuff about them and yep it’s all true. Hidden fees. I had to pay when they didn’t even do anything. Rip off don’t do it.
i listened to the gentleman explain how they could help me fix my credit report. After listening I advised I was not ready to make the decision to move forward yet..need to talk to husband..review bills..etc. This guy did NOT stop... he insisted on knowing what is holding me back.. he asked me personal questions about why or what I needed to talk to my husband about..etc. This is the first time I have ever written a complaint ..especially on the internet. Great company to work with. Credit repair takes time and I am so glad that Lexington does all the leg work for me.
We subscribed to their credit help service over the phone due to a particular situation that I clearly explained to the staff member who said they can very well address the issue. We were then put on a an automated emailing feature so it kept sending me that the case is being looked at and that new credit reports were received. When I logged in, there was no update, but the cases kept asking me to upload supporting documents for the case. Which I did each time I logged in. Complete rip-off. I was with them for 5 years because I didn't know any better. All they managed to do was repeatedly remove the same old negative items over and over that kept looping back onto my reports. There was follow-up and therefore no permanence. They continue to boast that they had 53 negative items removed during my time, but I have never had 53 items of debt in my lifetime! Horrible customer service if you can call it that. No true guidance I could never get in touch with anyone. $130 a month for minimal effort. Please don't respond to this review Lex Law since you didn't have time to answer calls.

Buyer Beware. My son, who is a minor, received a letter thanking him for inquiring and requesting their help in his credit situation. I called them to ask how my minor son could have done this. Automated attendant gives you two options: 1) enter your Acct ID (none was on the letter) or 2) enter your SS# (I was not going to fall for that one).
