RecommendedAmazing! I love this place for just about everything it has to offer!
Any place that post such ridiculous claims as animals being more healthy to consume than plants clearly do not have any person's health in mind. So sad all the people that pay a membership to a gym that encourages poor health. Perhaps it is an attempt to keep clients because, let's be honest, the more animal products you consume the more you're gonna need a gym but on the same note you're also likely to drop dead while exercising...
An employee there made me feel like I was a piece of trash. I pay good money to attend classes at this gym and he treated me with such disrespect I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. Unfortunately it was one specific employee that ruined the entire gym experience for me.
RecommendedLAC is an awesome place. The manager, Mark Dickinson, is extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness. He’s been there for several decades and he walks the walk. Great staff and a great facility. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or very experienced, you’ll find a place at this gym!

RecommendedIt has EVERYTHING! ....a cardio room (with a Hugh TV wall), free weights, basketball & racquetball courts, women's only wkout/circuit room, workout studio, & a pool. A number of workout/ cycling classes throughout the day. Flexible hours. A number of other services from PT, Chiropractor, sports medicine, personal trainers, & massage therapy. I LOVE this place! They make health & fitness easy!
