This place has no respect for their customers... they have a camera system, but they simply state, it isn't working, that isn't good enough when you pay a high fee to be a gym member, they have weekly car break ins in their parking lot, this can even be proven by the fact that they have big trash bags ready to cover your window when it is broken. Customer service is one of the most important aspects of a business, and receiving poor customer service can turn many customers off from visiting said business! There is some customer service training that needs to be done with the employees of LAC to make sure their customers are happy and SAFE!

Beyond awful customer service, my friend’s car window was broken in their parking lot, she gave them a review showing their lack of appreciation for customer loyalty and the careless response she got from them and LAC blocked her on FB! instead of trying to make things better for their members LAC just showed it’s true colors, they don’t care about you or anyone else!
