LAC is the best gym in Lexington! Great equipment, clean facilities, awesome classes, family-friendly atmosphere, and helpful staff. It’s a large gym that provides all of the amenities you need to achieve your fitness goals (pool, free weights, machines, basketball court, etc.), but it doesn’t give off that intimidating “nightclub” feel that other large gyms do. I love it!

I'll never go to another gym in Lexington. This place has everything you need and more.
I am paying 40 bucks a month for a gym that has everything that spotlessly clean the bathroom is constantly clean smells like bleach all the equipment is Lubed maintained and you want something else that’s older Equipment or machine wise they’ll actually get it for you with an outside area where you can take anything I want outside as long as I bring it back because it’s big boy rules this place is fucking majestic.
Terrible gym, they have no way to opt out of contract unless you get hurt or move away, if you're looking for something short term, DO NOT JOIN LAC.
