Great equipment, great atmosphere, best gym in town for sure!
Me and my fam are traveling up to Michigan and decided to stop in Lexington for the night so I was looking for a place to train and came across this gym. As a powerlifter all of the power racks, platforms, the variety of squat bars, and my favorite the Texas deadlift bar it was all great. Incredible gym, definitely a 10/10 for me.
I was in town for two weeks and joined LAC. By far the nicest gym I've ever been in. The different areas were laid out great. They had a huge selection of all kinds of machines. Plus all the free weights and racks you would ever need. I'll definitely come back here when I come back to Lexington

Hands down the best gym in Kentucky, go see Evan or George
Just joined this gym because I was looking for early morning classes (5:30) and a variety too. Not a fan of spin, prefer weights and challenges, and they offer that. They lose the one star because they don't have coffee for us early morning people, which I had at my 'old' gym. They do have a Keurig, but it's only for staff😔
Clean and uncluttered. Lots of equipment and a nice jogging track.
