This is an amazing facility with incredibly helpful / professional staff. The new spin bikes are awesome!
It's a great gym. Great atmosphere, people, and staff. One of the best gyms I have ever been to.
As a traveling person who regularly needs a place to train, Lexington Athletic Club has by far been my favorite place to be. Along with the outstanding free weights, lifting platforms, functional training area, and awesome Woodway Treadmills it is difficult to find a comparable location. Along with the excellent equipment and facilities, the staff and members are top notch. Not only are the staff polite and efficient but the members are all welcoming and considerate, which can be the most important part of a gym, people.
Great staff! George worked with me to help me out as i would only be in town for 30 days. Large choice of strength equipment to vary your workout. Would recommend to others
The weights are in the front. There's a pool, racquet ball court, some cross training stuff, a track, and the kick boxing bag is in the back corner.
