Very disappointed in the lack of respect and concern they show their customers.
Great Facility,awesome staff, endless variety of clean and functional machines overall fantastic gym best in Lexington by far.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My husband and I had a 3 month membership, it ended in December so he called to tell them we didn't want to renew. Then this month we got a bill in the mail saying we owed 170$!!! WE HAVENT BEEN TO THE GYM IN 3 MONTHS!!! So my husband goes today to cancel it and they charge us a 85$ cancelation fee!!! 255$ for nothing!! This place will try to get every dime they can from you!! BEWARE!!!!!
Customer service done right, very transparent about the memberships and easy cancellation policy. Best club in Lexington, staff I great!
I love this gym. The variety of equipment that they offer is outstanding, and the kindness of the employees is superb. For any heavy lifters interested in strongman, they have the equipment for you.
Nice gym, but you should update your nutritional knowledge to something later than studies from the paleolithic age...
