Great place for any kind of fitness your heart desires. Any thing from strength training, walking/ jogging track to lap swimming. Nice friendly staff and members that always have a positive attitude with a smile on their face.
RecommendedHas everything you need for fitness. You might want to bring your own towel during peak hours, as I was once denied one by staff for my spouse as they were folding them in front of me. We are years long members. Or maybe towel hoarders are to blame, who knows! No, you and I can’t see any reason for that. I like using a towel to protect myself from MRSA, etc, and you should too! So, I have to give 4 out of 5 reps for this establishment.
RecommendedVery clean gym. Varied equipment for any style workout. Indoor track and nice pool too. Been going to LAC since approx 2002. Love it !!

RecommendedLOVE this facility. I swim and cycle, and use the track. It’s clean, staff is helpful and friendly, great group classes and other resources they can connect you with. Just educate yourself if you sign a contract with them, with anyone really, just know what you’re agreeing to. If you’re good with it, sign away, like I did! And I’m glad I did!
