We ordered our meal at 5:11 it didn't arrive until after 7 and the order was wrong sent it back told them we want our money back they better do it. when the delivery driver call the office they were very rude to him
We ordered pizza, chicken kids meal w/fries and a cheeseburger. It took over an hour to get, and when it finally arrived the fries were soggy and the pizza was cold and greased through the box. My cheeseburger was over cooked and dry. Called back to complain they said they will replace it. When they showed up with our replacement food it was just pizza. Not pleases at all. Will not be ordering therr anymore.
First off.. the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, kept answering phones while I was on the phone and kept asking me to repeat. Food was Disgusting. Ordered takeout for lunch and only good thing was the salad and garlic bread. Ordered steak tips, and legit there was no flavor. Also had an order of plain pasta with just butter and a side of parmesan cheese. Ended up with pasta with cheese melted right onto it so you couldnt even eat around that cheese. they advertise one thing and just tell you too bad its over...got pictures of it with a front page of wall street journal to prove the date.....dont eat there with that kind of attitude who knows what you are eating
The food is good but the owner should be ashamed of the offering delivery service. at 8 pm on a Sunday night I wouldnt exactly call it rush hour. I have been waiting for 1 hour 20 minutes for a delivery order. I called amd was told it was next out thr door and remained waoting on my steps for 40 minutes since amd yet still no delivery.... You need to hire more help or make your establishment pick up only!!! Extremely disappointed at this facility.....
Ordered 2 2 liters of Coke and a Cherry NOS Energy Drink....Cokes show up warm. All I get for a response was ''Yeah we were busy''.... not sure why they cant warn people about this. very disappointed once again
