Horrible customer service. My husband called to order two sandwhichs, asked if fries were included, the girl said no only wih meals. He said okay we will get the meals then. Her rude response was to complain about having to start all over. When my husband said never mind were taking our business else where she was clueless.... so disappointed we really enjoyed your food....
Tell all those cry babies that roman wasn't built in a day. If they have problems with get their food on time, get off you butts and go and pick it up. Every time I have been there it is always hopping. I use to live in Lewiston, Maine and I have never ever had and unhappy meals. Thank you for all your hard work.

We always get House of Pizza & use our card. But last time we did, the delivery driver helped himself to an EXTRA $4 tip on our card slip. Not cool at all, & against the law. We always tip in cash. This was absolutely uncalled for. Disappointed.

Absolutely horrible!! Found a staple in the bite of food that my 6 year old daughter had in her mouth!! Got the proof, brought it in.
