I have ordered food on a Friday night and gotten it faster then tonight. Over an hour to get a pizza and it shows up COLD! You guys use to have it together and deliver great hit food quickly. Not sure what you changed but I would change back to the old ways. Cold pizza after waiting over an hour is not good for business.
I really like the pizza...but the service is the absolute worst. The guy on the phone actually tried to talk us out of ordering because he said we wouldn't get the food for an hour. We ended up getting the food in 20 minutes....what the hell?
