Ordered a few days ago , took 1 1/2 hrs to get and was greasy as can b, def wasn't satisfied!
I had my baby shower by renting the upstairs out. Very great place!
Trash food trash service I waited 3 hrs for cold food I used to love the food but it sucks now!!!!!
Usually I have no problems here ...tonight however I ordered for pick up 50 minutes ago they told me it would be ready in 20 ....still not ready still waiting it would have been quicker to order it when I got here
Delivery was super fast for the roads being so horrible! Food was hot and great as always! Highly recommend LHOP on this cold lazy day!
The food was always decent. Until the last time I ordered food. My food was delivered cold I called to complain the response was then maybe you shouldn't have ordered delivery. Today a friend tried to use a gift card mind you there was no expiration date and he was told it wasn't able to be used. I used to spend at least 60 a week there now my money goes to another place. The customer service there needs to improve greatly

Our gift cards do not expire. Please contact Jimmy the owner and he will handle that. Sorry for any inconvenience. We do get very busy with deliveries and get backed up at times but that employee should not have been rude and said that. So sorry. We appreciate your business and honestly do our best to get food to our customers as fast as possible.
for those of you that think.....if the delivery takes too long..get it yourselves....well if you can not deliver so the food is still at least warm...don't say you are a delivery....this is the second time I have had a problem...and will be the last...did not get what we ordered...when we called back they said they didn't get the order....hmmmmm anyway would give us 1/2 off and they would deliver it...nope..not good enough...good bye LHP...there is such a thing as customer service.
