I hope i can change my rating to a 10 IHOP has great food but it never seems to be what I order when I order delivery I have reached out to the manager and been unsuccessful. I just want what I paid for
I wish I would have read the more recent reviews prior to placing my order today. I dont normally write reviews but felt compelled to after this experience. I called for delivery... After nearly an hour and a half and 2 phone calls, the food arrived. My pizza was cold and my grilled buffalo chicken salad was less than appetizing. This place is amazing. The food was seriously the best I've ever had from a pizza shop, and the service was outstanding. HIGHLY recommended.
I don't write reviews, but i really feel like i need to. It's a shame the steak and cheese subs are so good. I only order once in a great while because something is literally ALWAYS wrong with my order. They don't put the right sauce on, or no sauce at all. They've forgotten my drinks on at least three different occasions. The food will be cold or I'll get the wrong side. Also every time I call to order something, they're always rude and never give a time frame.

Was great service when we first started ordering years ago, but service has declined and the food, well just doesn't taste the same.
