We order for work almost everyday and it is by far the easiest place to order from when placing multiple, separate orders. They almost always get it right, and if they don't, they fix it right away. Everyone loves the food. There are a couple of girls that do an awesome job on the phone, while taking my orders, and really know what they're doing. There are a few regular drivers that are awesome too.

I ordered food from them a few hours ago and they brought me the wrong food. So we called and complained and they said they would bring the food. They never showed up and was called two more times before they closed and they said the food was on their way. 10:30pm comes around and still no food. When they were called again they tell me they don’t know what happened and it was to late to bring me my food because they were closed!! Are you kidding me!!

Ordered food for delivery at 12:23pm on a Saturday. I was approximately 2 blocks from the restaurant. I called at 1:01 complaining I hadn't received my order yet. They said their deliveries take about that long, and the guy was just leaving with my food. Delivery guy finally shows up at 1:28pm. My food was cold and dry and not appetizing at all. I will never order from here again.
Big thanks to the Lhop crew last night. You guys were slammed and handled it really well. Sabrina had a blast there for her birthday and all the kids were super happy with their food. Thankyou all for the good food. And all the ladies an gent out front for makin the kiddoz have many laughs. :)
