I think it's time to start finding a new place to order from this waiting game for our order is rediculous. we called at 6:30 here it is almost 9 we called they said our order was on it's way that was 15 mins ago. ugh get it together and lose the kids and get people who actually do their jobs!!! I don't know about them but who wants to eat cold food and soggy french fries 😑 driver ain't getting a tip and they may just get the food thrown at them.....worst service and restaurant in town lately
The other night, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Calzone with Feta that I paid extra for, as well as some Jalepeno Poppers. Placed the order around 10:50 p.m. and didn't receive it until about 12:20 a.m., about an hour and a half later. Not only did my food arrive cold, but they gave me the wrong calzone. If I could have given it negative ratings I would have. I placed an hour at about 4 pm 2 days ago 2 hours later i hadn't received my food so I checked my account and i hadn't been charged so I called they placed me on hold twice to get back on and say there was a "problem with my order and they were remaking it" so I told them to forget about it I didn't want the order anymore as I hadn't been charged anyway and they initially told me the wait time was an hour I didn't wanna wait another hour. Why even offer delivery? Last 5 times I have called, there person on the phone always seems annoyed and says "delivery time is over 2 hours" have chosen to go elsewhere and probably will from now on.

ordered food at 6pm and didnt recieve it until almost 9 food was cold burger was under cooked and when called to find out what the hold up was the girl who answered hung up on me
We ordered our pizza 2 hours ago, was told it’d be a 45 minute wait (delivery). When we FINALLY got it after several calls to LHOP asking for a status (and being told it was out the door next - an hour after ordering and an hour before receiving) our plain cheese pizza was cold. No apologies or anything.
