This is one of two long dark brown hairs that came out of my daughters spaghetti and meatballs dinner from last night and there was another long dark brown hair in one of our calzones. It should be easy to know which employee isn’t tying their hair back properly. We love LHOP, but service these past 3 months has gone down hill incredibly.
I love their excellent customer service. I waited 2 hours for my delivery, just for it to be wrong. no big deal went to the restaurant and asked to talk to the manager who is the owners son. he was super nice and super apologetic. i learned they were short a driver and told them no hard feelings. they made my order immediately and hooked me up for my next order. excellent food and excellent customer service. will be ordering more food in the future.
they always get my food right come in a reasonable time and the staff is friendly.
It’s been taking close to 2 hours for them to deliver the food after being ordered. Just got our pizza and fries and they are ice cold. Get more delivery drivers if you can’t handle the order amounts. Going to start ordering elsewhere.
First time ordering from them. They got my order wrong. Had to wait in the lobby another 20 minutes. Got home to find the dough on the calzone still doughy. Would not recommend this restaurant.
the wait time for delivery food an hour and a half for a wait for food is rediculous get more drivers
Ordered at 5:15 and was told food would be right out to us, called at 6:45 and was told that our food was still sitting there. It finally arrived at 7:30 cold and old! Done ordering from Lewiston house. If I had been told they were that busy I would have ordered from elsewhere!
This is a HORRIBLE business. If you're ever thinking about pizza. Just know. My pregnant niece got into an accident last week. All she wanted was Pizza. �� While she was backing out. She backed into a hysterical girl who was crying. Crying because her dad just passed away. And LEWISTON HOUESE OF PIZZAS, JUJU RIOS (pizza boy in the back) made a comment about dancing on her dads grave. Then HARRASSED her on Facebook to go to Lewiston house of pizza to fight.
