Outstanding gym , they've practically helped raise me when I was 14 and massively built up my confidence and personality. Every person is willing to help in any way and always brighten your day. The coaches provide an exceptional high level of teaching and technique, perfect for anyone who's a total beginner to the highest level.
Friendly welcoming gym with great coaches
Its an amazing friendly welcoming atmosphere with no egos, whether your a newcomer and it's your first time on the mat or experienced grappler. The coaches are great and very knowledgeable and experienced. They have promoted a great team spirit both in an out of the gym. Both me and my teenage son train regularly.
