We installed what we were told was a top of the line "jacuzzi" sand filter for our pool 2 years ago. We were told it had a 5 year parts and labor warranty. The drain plug is currently leaking pretty bad- so our pool and pump have to be turned off. At first the local store at Voice of America in West Chester, Ohio told us that replacing the drain plug is considered normal wear and tear but it was only used 2 times at the opening and closing of the pool. I scheduled a technician to come open my pool. The lady scheduling it told me to go to the store and get an opening kit. At the store the man said , there is no opening kit - the technicians do no cleaning or chemicals. Then he asked, is there debris on the cover? and I said oh, yes, from the trees. Leislie pools doesn’t stand behind their products. My pool is literally deteriorating only after the fourth season! Their customer service is the absolute worse. I keep getting the run around. They say they aren’t responsible I need to contact the manufacturer which I have and received replacement parts . My husband and I just left Leslie pool location at *** * ************ ***, Brandon. The store two customers in in line and another shopping. We needed help with a spa filter, so I stood in line for assistance. The cashier, (don’t know his name since he wasn’t wearing a name tag) asked if I was waiting for water. No coordination between online purchase and their stores. Worst customer service from India or Vietnam.
This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a hot tub cover on 3/2 and at that time was told it would take 4-5 weeks. Around the 5 week mark I consistently checked the order status online and every day it said it was preparing to ship. After a few weeks I tried my luck at calling. I couldn't get an answer from the tier 1 support and asked for a manager. They were all busy and said they would call me back. No call. Hands down the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I could leave negative stars, but 1 is as low as i can go. We needed to order a spa cover. The website indicated that orders would ship in 3-5 days. A follow up on tracking showed the order was estimated to ship in about 2 weeks. We waited about two weeks and checked it again and the estimated ship date was about 5 days away. Checked again...was moved out another 5 days. My husband and I visited store 335 on 8 Apr at 10:15am in San Marcos, TX. We entered Leslie’s and greeted the clerk and no response. She walked from the back to the counter and stated, “Do you need something?” My husband informed her that we needed to clean debris in the bottom of the pool because the Polaris was not getting everything.
