Leslies customer service sucks no help what so ever. Made a order on March 27 never shipped so ask for a refund instead they sent email next day saying they replaced and shipment was on way. was told they would love to follow up but never received a call on follow up.I will never order anything again from them.Horrible service

Madera Leslie pools , terrible service. Purchased 2 floating devices, price on shelf was wrong, the lady was very rude the way she was talking to me. Said she had been moving things around all morning ( it was before 11:00 and they opened at 10:00). She also said the price difference was to much to honor! It wasn’t the price that was the problem it was the short rude lady!! Never again will I go to a Leslie pools!

Placed an order 3/18 , called 3/25. Was told they could not find the order number in the system even though they had a pending charge on my card showing at my bank. Told them never mind i will get it from a local store that had it in stock. On 3/31 received email saying the same order had shipped and my card was charged for the full amount. Called customer service and they said there is nothing they could do since it shipped. The item is paint, and the site says that paint is Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable. Delivery of product is horrible. Called customer service 4 different days looking for my order and each day I am told “delivery will be tomorrow”. I requested a refund and was told no since it is in transit even though I have been waiting a month. I ordered from Leslie’s for years but I will now find another company to purchase from. I got no resolution from customer service

My husband prefers to buy products from Leslie's on Sheridan Plaza in Hollywood, FL because is convenient. Lately I've been the one buying the products bcse with the pandemic, my husband had to work more and late. I was absolutely mistreated by the clerk, a middle aged short man, he was extremely rude to me. The first time I went trying to fill chlorine jugs, I arrived at the store at 5:50 (they close at 6) and he told me he couldn't do bcse the chlorine hose was all the way in the back and they didn't do chlorine jugs after... read more

It’s been a nightmare dealing with Leslie‘s, can’t believe the BBB gives them a A+ rating with a crime! Purchased a pool heater that is absolutely worthless! Contacted the company and they sent out two reps who knew nothing about how to fix it. Referred me to a third-party he was refusing to come out and fix the issue! I have an eight year warranty on the unit and it’s only worked half of the time! You really want to have bad customer service in a company that won’t stand behind their products give them a call! Placed an order incorrectly, called with in 24 hrs. It hasn't shipped yet, but the can't cancel it and there isn't anyone that can help me. I have to wait and refuse delivery, whenever that might be.

The customer service rep told me she would return my call to solve an issue. She never called. Several messages were left with no return call. I then spoke to the store manager, who said he would have that customer service rep return my call in an hour. I still did not receive a call. I talked to the manager again. He gave me a phone number that said it was for the district office and I could speak directly to the district manager. Leslie's pool would not offer rain checks on out of stock items at Black Friday prices. So, they called yesterday to offer me Cyber Monday price. So, I took them up on it. Never received the confirmation email so when I logged into my account, I see the same product for over $100 less than what they had just sold me!!!!! Quickly called and cancelled order and placed online. Why did they not inform me of this when they called me??????? Sad, sad, sad.
