Incompetence reigns in Leslie's customer service, or lack thereof. My neighbor had a tree that constantly dropped debris into my pool so I ordered online a leaf net and six water bags to hold it in place. The following day my neighbor told me she had decided to remove the tree, hence I would no longer need a net. I called Leslie's to cancel my order and I received an email confirming my cancellation.
