I Ordered a spa cover on April 23rd. After 7 weeks and receiving an email that my cover was ready to ship I called and was told it could be up to 8 weeks. After 9 weeks I called and was told it could be 10 to 12 weeks. After writing my review to Leslie's I finally got contacted by someone who found that it had not even been made yet.Today, on July 13th it finally showed up and it is the wrong size. I tried to make an appointment online for a service call. I hadn't selected a date or time yet and I got a message to call the 800 number. I call the 800 number and the person I spoke to tells me its a $130 + $45 fee for the technician to come out. I asked the same question several times on if the initial fee is waived if I get the work done by Leslie's.
