I tried to use their pool service but was unable to even schedule a appointment. Their service number seems to be seperate from the person who actually sets the appointment. No matter my availablity their scheduler seems to choose a day/time that I told them I was not available. This happened multiple times. What a joke. Its not that hard of a process to be a able to schedule a appointment. To bad ,I like the stores and the people who work at them as they are very helpful and knowleadgeable. Not sure if the service departmen... read more

After purchasing equipment from their store I also purchased the service for the installation. On the day of installation I received a call that the manager didnt want the technician to complete my job. I did get a refund but now I am stuck trying to find another company to come out. If I knew this I would have not purchased my equipment from them.

Over Memorial Day Weekend I bought a pool online from Leslies. Putting it slowly together I realized that I was two caps short...I called and received them a few days later.I had over 207 perk dollars so made an online order on August 8th for a pool brush. The web site said in stock and that I could pick it up in the ******** store later that day. I received an email a few hours later that they were out of stock.
